Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease usually caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB). ANTIOXIDANT RICH FOODS Eat fruits as Fruits has antioxidants properties which reduce free radicals when there are too many free radicals the body is said to be in a state of oxidative stress which can damage cells, immune system and increases the risk of diseases. Banana Banana is an excellent source of calcium and potassium that can boost a TB patients immune system.They also help alleviate a cough and fever. Take only a ripped banana for the most benefit. Egg white :-2 Pieces (34 kcal,P=6g) 3. Fruit salad 250 g(papaya+banana +pineapple+orange) 150 kcal, 4.Walnut 3 pieces (62 kcal, P=2,C=2,F=4) 5.
