One of the useful indicators of health science is the measurement of Body Mass Index. Therefore, in this video I am going to explain how to calculate your BMI with your phone. all you need to know is your weight, height and how to do basic mathematical operations. Body Mass Index or shortly BMI, normally is used as a health indicator for weight. Normally, BMI is divided to different ranges, which each category will show a situation of weight and also, life expectancy.
