This is a part of lecture presented by Ms. MADHURI SHARMA Asst. professor of Biyani girls college. The video is about proteins are unbranched polymers constructed from 22 standard α-amino acids. They have four level of structural organization Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, and Quarternery.primary structure of a polypeptide is its amino acid sequence. The most common types of secondary str. are the α-helix and β- pleated sheet. Tertiary Str. Involves twisting and folding of α-helix and β- pleated chain upon them to produce stable, 3D structure and the functional conformation.
