Always keep the upper body upright and avoid swinging. Aim for 3 working sets. Start at 15 reps on lighter weight then decreasing to 10-12 reps as you increase the weight. Coleman has won himself the title of Mr Olympia 8 times as well as multiple other competitions. All of these victories has turned his name into one of the most legendary in bodybuilding.
