In this video I want to answer some frequently asked questions on the Scrotum Testosterone Cream. #theliftingdermatologist #hormoneoptimizationtherapy #liftingdermatologist If you haven’t already, check out the video about the Scrotal Application Of Testosterone Cream, so you know what we’re talking about, and why you should consider this way of delivery method for your TRT: Link: https://youtu.be/ayuaRCVTZas The questions: Many have asked me the exact formula that has to be on the prescription from their doctor. Here it is: R/ 200mg/gm Testosteronum micronisatum (1 g/ml) in Fagron Pentravan® (oil-in-water) base in Topi-Click® dosing system DT/ 35 ml per tube S/ 0,25ml=0,25g=50mg Test per ‘click’ 100mg twice per day (2 ‘clicks’) and adjust dosage every 4-5 weeks as needed for symptom improvement. What is the Cost of the transscrotal testosterone cream? Of course the answer will depend of the place where you live, your compounding pharmacist, and how much you use a day. In general the cost will be higher than with injectables. You can expect a cost somewhere around 100 to 150euros a month. When can I shower, bath, go swimming or have sex after application? You just wait 4 hours. How many hours after application should I get my blood examination done? You just wait 5 hours. Do I have to wear gloves to put on the cream? No, just wash your hands thoroughly after application; How often do I have to shave the scrotum? 3 times a weeks seems fine and doable. Why can I not put regular TRT gel on my scrotum? You can’t apply any alcohol based preparation to the scrotum as it will burn and irritate the skin. I show you some clinical pictures to prove my point. Should I combine Pregnenolone and DHEA into the testosterone cream? No. I recommend DHEA and Pregnenolone in micronized sustained release capsules. Transdermals are not sustained release. And, dosing in caps will also be more accurate. If we end up in hospital or are unable to treat ourselves what happens? We can’t have a nurse massaging cream into our scrotum everyday, or can we? If you’re unable to treat yourself, you’ll probably not be treated… ? Is the scrotal cream good for low SHBG guys? Because as you know, DHT lowers SHBG even more. No? Yes, the cream is good for everyone. When you get more testosterone, it decreases visceral body fat, as well as improves insulin resistance, which in turn will raise SHBG. The key message is to not worry about SHBG. You should not even measure it. If it raises, no problem. If you have any more questions, put them under the video, and we’ll try to answer them as soon as possible. *************************************************************** ➤Subscribe for more free information on Fitness, Diet, Dermatology and Hormone Optimization: https://goo.gl/ZyfZyN *************************************************************** ➤Connect with The Lifting Dermatologist: ⇨ The Dutch Channel / Het Nederlandstalig kanaal: https://www.youtube.com/c/TheLiftingDermatologistNederlandskanaal ⇨ Via Facebook Group “The Lifting Dermatologist”: https://www.facebook.com/groups/593424164353830/ ⇨ Via Facebook Group “TRT and Hormone Optimization Therapy HOT”: https://www.facebook.com/groups/670172930008544/ ⇨ Via Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.lifting.dermatologist/ ⇨ Via Twitter: https://twitter.com/foxpowerbase ***************************************************************
