This is very intense, start at a weight you can do for 5 reps,, do that weight then drop weight on each side (only rest is taking weight off) then your next set 6 reps, drop weight, then 7 reps, final weight and 8 reps. We do not have a squat rack at the gym so I used a true weight smith machine, I would typically do this with on a squat rack but this had to do. My form is not 100% perfect I could have went a little deeper but good enough to get the point across.. www.hitchfit.com
