Some are very invigorating, some are calming, some will strengthen your body, and something will strengthen your Spirit. All forms of qigong have different purposes. It is ideal to know exactly what you want and need out of qigong practice so that you can find out if a particular style is right of you. Having said that, the form of qigong that I discuss in the video is “generally” not ideal to practice. As I mention in the video, you can practice it if you are under the guidance of a teacher but generally there are better ways to get your qi to move. Of course, all the full routines in the Communi Qi are safe to practice and have stood the test of time. Thanks for watching!
