Testing your fitness level helps you set more achievable goals and keep a record of how far you’ve come. ///At Home Fitness Assessment- This seven exercise fitness assessment can be done at home and will test your flexibility, strength, and endurance in under 20 minutes. These general tests will allow you to identify potential imbalances between muscle groups and what areas you need to focus on. After the general pass/fail flexibility tests, you will move onto the strength tests. Take at least 1-2 minutes between tests to ensure adequate recovery.
