CHEST MACHINE / TUTORIAL FOR BEGINNERS – PART ONE This is a chest fly, butterfly, pec deck, and deck fly machine tutorial. It’s a pull force isolation exercise. On the machine, do 4 sets, 10-15 reps. Sit with your back flat, hold the handles with your upper arms parallel to the floor. Push the handles together and slowly squeeze your chest together in the middle. Remember to breathe out during the motion and hold for about 1-2 seconds. Side note: Chest muscles should do the majority of the work, not your arms or shoulders.
