the first version loaded incomplete. This is the worst case of jaundice (ictericia) that I have ever seen. This patient has NON alcoholic hepatitis which has resulted in liver failure. He presented to the Emergency Department for lethargy and confusion. His ammonia level was very high, kidney function was acutely worsened, and this platelets were way low. The yellow discoloration of the patient’s skin is due to hyperbilirubinemia which in this patient was above 29 (normal should be only 1-1.5.
