THESE EXERCISES ARE NOT FOR BEGINNERS! Kalari is rooted in martial arts of India and offers a huge amount of exercises for improving flexibility and body strength. This is the prerequisite for traditional yoga, which is exclusively mental-spiritual training and leads to great transformation of consciousness. I would like to maternally discourage all beginners to start this training without consulting with a physician or by an EXPERIENCED trainer. !!!!!!! Please pay attention to the number of lessons that your trainer has completed during his /her yoga teacher training (at least 600) and duration of his / her own yoga practice (at least 7 years). Do not be taught by any “sweet girls” who have completed a Yoga Teacher crash course during their holiday season. That is very dangerous. You can start Kalari Yoga if you do fitness at least 2 years regularly. No matter what.
