Put all of your body weight into the inside leg. Lift the outside leg off of the floor in front of you, bending the leg. Begin to straighten the leg in front of you and bend back to starting position. Keep the hips squared and belly button pulled in towards the spine. Exhale to straighten the leg and inhale to bend the leg.
