Just as doing chest with tris, I LOVE training back with biceps! A great benefit of pairing up these groups is that your smaller muscle group will be stimulated from the work of the larger muscle group; which in return, means the smaller muscle group will already be thoroughly warmed-up and ready to go to be SMASHED! Keep in mind that the smaller muscle groups will grow and get stronger as a result of your compound exercises. The smaller muscle groups dont typically need that much direct stimulation since they get heavily stimulated and worked with pressing/pulling compound exercises. Git to it, Train Hard, and stay motivated, y’all! Feel free to check out my Fit360 on @bodybuildingcom to get my full training routine!
