You need to have some quick and easy meal and snack ideas that you can go to when you are in a hurry. You want to focus on foods that will satisfy your hunger and taste buds, without having to resort to eating junk food or unhealthy processed foods. In this video you’re going to get a simple to make Tuna & Veggie Wrap. This is what you’ll need… – a large whole wheat wrap – 1 can of tuna fish – low fat mayo – chopped salad veggies – salsa sauce – shredded cheese (optional) Open the can of tuna fish, drain off the water, and empty it into a bowl. Mix in a couple tablespoonfuls of low fat mayo. Spread the tuna on the center of the whole wheat wrap. Add some salad veggies over the top of the tuna. Pour some salsa sauce over the top of the tuna & veggies. You can add some shredded cheese on top if you like.
