This is a quick video from my stroller-Fit class, I get about 25-35 moms twice a week in this small gym and they kill it. Setting up long line stations keeps things organized and easy to follow. Adding in small cardio burst for 30 seconds or so is a great way to get their heart rate up fast without need a big space to do sprints or suicide runs. On spot training can be very effective if planned properly and set up in an organized fashion
