Staying healthy in today’s time is an uphill task. With such a messed up schedule, from eating habits to sleeping patterns, everything is messed up, although, people do try to adapt to a healthy lifestyle with an exercise regimen with running, swimming and other gym workouts. Exercising is indeed an important regimen; one can carry out to stay healthy. However, there are times when people fail to exercise due to some pain in knees, which could be chronic or because of an injury. Every exercise requires one to move joints, limbs and certain parts of body but when there is an injury, the trainers and experts strictly warn against few set of workouts that can aggravate the injury. Injuries in knee and back are the most critical and people with knee and back pain should avoid few exercises. This video here tells you the exercises that you must avoid during knee pain. If you have problems such as arthritis, or any knee injury or any chronic knee ailment, you should skip a few exercises like high jumping, skipping ropes, jumping jack and even running on treadmill can be harmful for you. If you do not have any such knee problem and just have weak knees, you should avoid all the exercises, where you are required to put exertion on knees. If you need to do cardio and suffering from weak knees, or knee pain for any reason, you can always switch to cycling, which is the best alternate to running on treadmill for cardio. The severity of the knee pain could be major or minor, you should be careful while exercising. So, next time when you wish to hit the gym with a knee pain, regardless of the main cause of the pain, avoid the mentioned exercises and for cardio, go for cycling and you should be good to go.
