To perform the dumbbell Flyes exercise you must lie on your back and hold a pair of dumbbells over your chest, with your arms up and your hands facing each other. Keep a small bend in your elbows at all times. Slowly take your arms down and out to your sides to finish level with your chest. Contract your chest muscles and lift your arms up and in to reverse the movement. Breathe out as you take lift your arms up and breathe in and you take your arms out to your sides.
