Hello everyone, here I am back with another video, talking about the right way to perform FLUTTER KICKS. This is a good exercise for your home workouts. in this move, we are working on our core and hip flexors, specifically on lower part of rectus abdominis (Abs). training this muscle can induce hypertrophy thus resulting in a firm, strong, good looking mid section. you can add this move in your warmup routine or you can add this in your main workout according to your needs.
