A team from Dhaka Evergreen Retirement Homes (DERH) comprises of Prof. Dr. Sarder A. Nayeem, Mr. Omar Faruk, Dr. Faisal A. Muazzam and Dr. Shigeru Suganami has recently (May 2016) visited some facilities of different Geriatric Care Homes which are run by Dr. Takeshi Izutsu, President of KEIAIKAI Medical Corporatio and MIRAKUKAI Social Welfare Corporation of Iwate-Ken, Japan. DERH is going to make a comprehensive Geriatric Care Complex in the vicinity of Purbachal, Dhaka, Bangladesh in collaboration with Dr. Izutsu.
