For moms who are breastfeeding or breast pumping here is the Lactation Smoothie I’ve been drinking to increase my breast milk supply whenever I feel my milk supply starts to decrease. ****************** Recipe 1 cup of Milk 1 Banana fresh or frozen 2 tablespoons of Flaxseeds or ground Flaxseeds 1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter 1/4 cup of Quick Oats 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil 1 packet of Carnation Breakfast Essentials Chocolate Mix Add the milk, banana, flaxseeds, peanut butter, quick oats and chocolate mix in a blender. Start the blender to begin mixing the ingredients together. While the blender is still on add the coconut oil. Make sure you add the coconut oil while the blender is mixing so you wont be left with oil clumps, this way it mixes well and smooth with the smoothie.
