Yes, some people can live without one, however life is not as easy without the stomach. It helps us breakdown food through enzymes and secreted acid. The stomach contracts to enhance your digestion. 0:25 Liver: an organ responsible for many, many functions in the Human body. It is the largest detoxifier and drug metabolizer of your body. It secretes bile, which helps us digest fats. Also involved in making proteins important for blood clotting. 0:47 Lungs: They help take oxygen from the air into your body. The lungs allow your body to get rid of carbon dioxide. 1:12 Heart: Pumps blood to the entire body. It allows for cells to be supplied with important nutrients and oxygen. 1:21 Brain: Receives and interprets information from your body and surroundings.
