The JM Press is a tricep exercise, invented by a powerlifter which is essentially a mix between the skull crusher and the close grip bench press. Triceps are an integral part of arm training but are susceptible to elbow pain and injury, particularly when performed with heavy weights. Bodybuilding arm training should take advantage for safe movements for the tricep muscles such as the JM Press! Here I go through how to perform the exercise (one of the best triceps exercises out there in my opinion) and why i would work it into a bodybuilding training program to build muscle and get bigger arms!
