L-glutamine is an amino acid that has many benefits for the human body. Some of the many benefits of L-glutamine are assisting in burning fat, losing weight, gaining muscle, and repairing your gut. There are a lot of people who suffer from leaky gut, and the number one amino acid your gut needs to help heal and repair leaky gut is L-glutamine. To supplement, I recommend 2-5 grams twice daily.
