Lastly, some people feel it could improve resistance training, possibly giving them more energy. I looked at tons of studies and the truth is there is conflicting information. I’m not sure if it does or doesn’t. If you are wondering about the dangers, the good news is that there really isn’t that many dangers. Like nearly all supplements the biggest dangers is overdosing. This could cause problems in the intestines such as stomach pains, nausea and constipation. The thing with supplements is that it can be confusing. The reality is that there are some crap out there.
