Now I’m going to split my stance, the reason why I don’t want them together is I don’t want you to bend your back. We’re going to split your stance, keep your knees bent, and put this right at you shoulder. Now use that grip, abs are tight, reach up above your head and come back down to your ear. Keep your abs tight, try not to let this happen, I’m going to keep everything in here, squeeze come up above my head and come down. I’m going to repeat that on one side and then go to the other side and make sure both shoulders are nice and strong.
