How To: 1)Holding a dumbbell in one hand sit on a bench. Extend the arm holding the dumbbell overhead. The bicep of the extended arm should be beside your ear. 2).Use your other hand to support the elbow of the extended arm. Helping to keep it as stationary as possible. 3)Slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head as you hold the upper arm stationary. 4)Once your forearm is parallel to the floor, return to the starting position by flexing your triceps, strainghting your arm, for one rep.
