Hey guys and girls, It was a rest day from weights today, so I decided to go to the Sprint track to get it some sprint drills. Just wanted to mix things a little and really been missing athletics and American Football. Many Physique competitors and bodybuilders have recently been taking up sprinting for Cardio, so also hear is my take on implementing sprints into you regime.
