Hey guys, in this video I show you the 10 best exercises for your oblique development. Enjoy ! Exercise #1: Standing oblique twists. Make sure you don’t use a regular barbell, but instead use a smaller version of a barbell or an EZ-bar. Exercise #2: Alternating lying oblique bends. Focus on touching your heels when you perform the movement. Exercise #3: Cable rope oblique twists. Exercise #4: Russian twists. Exercise #5: Decline unilateral side crunches. Exercise #6: Bicycle crunches. Focus on touching your knees with your elbows. Exercise #7: Decline weighted oblique twists. Don’t go to heavy on this exercise, there’s no need for that. Exercise #8: Lying side crunches Exercise #9: Wood choppers. Exercise #10: Side plank crunches.
