Semen Analysis with 33 million is normal as anything above 20% is fine. Fructose positive is normal. Motility between 35-50% is good option.Diagnosis in this case is aesthenospermia. The count is normal but motility is little less which needs antioxidant tablet treatment to increase motility of sperm count.Good motility and count are essential for pregnancy. IUI is done if improvement is not seen in this case.
