The foods which are non-spicy, non-oily and easy non digestion are very good for diarrhoea, especially like Pongal, khichdi, home prepared fresh curd and rice and some soups, butter milk, coconut water and some warm water, especially with electrolytes and all the foods that area easily digestible according to your place and availability are very good. Foods avoided are oily, junk foods, spicy foods, etc, caffeine, alcohol, icecreams and cheese and all those heavy foods, all those should be avoided. So stay healthy.
