Generally if there is one cheat day, it does not make much difference until and unless you have taken high calorie or fat rich food, spicy and fried food and nutrition deficient food, junk food etc. It also depends on the calories you have consumed. If they are more than your output, then you can gain a little weight. So adding on to this little week, every week, more weight will be added at the end of the month, say 1 or 2 kilos per month. If your weight is gaining fast, then you should stick to nutritious food, well balanced food.
