Here I take a large group in a small gym and kill them with this cardio drill, all you need is 3 pylons. You can do as many sets as you want for whatever time frame you want. I like to do usually 1-2 minute rounds and about 4-6 sets of different exercises. Sprints with pushups at the pylons or power squats with shuffles in between, really just get creative and have fun with this.
