Seated Flat Bench Leg Pull In – Abs Exercise Download the app: https://mytraining.pro/ Read our community blog: http://friends.mytraining.pro/ (Starting Position) Sit down with your hips at the edge of a flat bench. Hold the sides of the bench with your hands and suspend your legs until they are parallel to the floor. Lean your torso backward and use your abs to stabilize yourself. This is the starting position. (First Movement) Now, exhale as you pull your legs toward your torso while bending your knees. Tightly contract your abs at the top of the movement. (Second Movement) Hold the contraction for a moment, and then inhale as you slowly lower your legs back to the starting position. (General Tips) Concentrate on your lower abdominal muscles during this exercise.
