This is the starting position. (First Movement) Now, inhale as you lower the weights behind your head in an arcing motion until your chest feels fully stretched. (Second Movement) – Exhale as you use your pec muscles to lift the weights back to the starting position. – Exhale as you use your pec muscles to lift the weights back to the starting position. Tightly contract your pecs at the end of the movement.
