Here we have our trainer Dee performing the Wide Grip Cable Row. Many might associate this exercise with a closer grip but why not mix up your training and use the wide bar instead. The wide grip seated cable row strengthens the back, shoulders, and biceps while improving core stability and spinal alignment. The wider grip places increased resistance on the upper back and rear shoulder. TRAINING TIPS: Keep chest upright, back straight & core tight – Do not lean forward during the exercise. Finish off the row by bringing your shoulder blades together, pause and repeat ensuring proper breathing throughout the exercise.
