However, don’t miss the sweet spot of the exercise. A lot of people have a tendency to jerk back or use momentum to get the weights going from the extended position, however, if you are doing this, you are missing the sweet spot of the exercise. Instead of jerking back, start leaning back at the beginning of the exercise, this will extend the arm and let gravity pull the weight downward. This extension will get the weight to “sit” in the biceps. Then, with a relaxed hand start pulling upward. This feeling is awesome. This will help your arms grow and help the biceps directly.
