Fitness with Doc Zee… Let’s dig in…! The answer to all such questions is “BODY MASS INDEX” BMI…. a value calculated with your height and weight. You need only 02 parameters to figure out either you are obese, overweight, normal or underweight. To check your weight, obviously you need a weight scale, ideally should be a digital one. For height, you can stand next to a wall and ask somebody to put a mark at the edge of your skull and measure that length with a normal measuring tape. And the formula to calculate; BMI= Weight in KG / Height 2 You will get a certain value after this little calculation, say “X” You have to follow a chart to see in which category you are fitting in… Obese.. +30 Overweight… 25-29.9 Normal… 18.5-24.9 Underweight… -18.5 I am leaving a couple of links down below in the description, to find out your BMI by just entering your height and weight. Andriod App. BMI Calculator https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.splendapps.bmicalc&hl=en Webpage https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmi-m.htm Guys, this is an utmost important parameter to start with.
