Am I fat? Do I need to lose a couple of KG’s? Do I look very lean? My beautiful people, today I am going to share a solution, to answer all such questions… So, welcome to my channel. Fitness with Doc Zee… Let’s dig in…! The answer to all such questions is “BODY MASS INDEX” BMI…. a value calculated with your height and weight. You need only 02 parameters to figure out either you are obese, overweight, normal or underweight. To check your weight, obviously you need a weight scale, ideally should be a digital one. For height, you can stand next to a wall and ask somebody to put a mark at the edge of your skull and measure that length with a normal measuring tape. And the formula to calculate; BMI= Weight in KG / Height 2 You will get a certain value after this little calculation, say “X” You have to follow a chart to see in which category you are fitting in… Obese.. +30 Overweight… 25-29.9 Normal… 18.5-24.9 Underweight… -18.5 I am leaving a couple of links down below in the description, to find out your BMI by just entering your height and weight. Andriod App. BMI Calculator https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.splendapps.bmicalc&hl=en Webpage https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmi-m.htm Guys, this is an utmost important parameter to start with. You should know where are you standing and how much far you are from your desired target. Signing off, for now, will be back soon with another video.
