This is one of my favorite go to post workout meals. Its full of proteins and carbs. After a hard workout you need to recharge your body and this egg white potato meal is the way to go. If you are looking to pack on muscle of just get lean you need this egg and potato meal in your life. You will need 10 eggs whites 1 baked potato some kind of butter substitutes Cook up the egg whites and cook the baked potato. Put the egg whites onto the potato and spray with the butter.
