Sometime we will will do all core stations or all cardio, got to keep it fresh. In this video we did each station for 1 minute then rotated through the circuit 2 times. Last week we did the station 2 times in a row with a 30 sec cardio burst in between. So have fun with it and try to always keep the exercises changing weekly.
