Hold off dehydration by drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day. However, if you are already dehydrated, try drinking a sports drink. 7 Adapt the environment One of the main concerns is that seasickness spinning sensation may cause you to fall and injure yourself. If you suffer from dizziness, you must adapt their environment home or work to minimize the chances of this happening. 8 Avoid substances that affect circulation Dizziness is often caused by low blood pressure, so try to avoid or limit the intake of substances affecting circulation, such as caffeine, snuff, alcohol and illegal drugs.
