High Protein Indian Bodybuilding Meal – Vegetarian

Hello Friends. I bring to you, yet another, high protein vegetarian recipe – The good old Sweet Potato Chaat. Sweet Potato Chaat is a famous dish of India. This recipe of mine is the healthier version of it. It is high in protein, moderate in complex carbs, high in fiber, low in fat, loaded with vitamins and mineral making it a complete meal in itself. INGREDIENTS 1. Sweet Potato (Boiled) – 100 g 2. Black Chana (Boiled) – 100 g 3. Paneer (low fat) – 100 g (Suggested: Make Paneer at home) 4. Onion (chopped) – 1 cup 5. Tomato (chopped) – 1 cup 6. Cucumber (chopped) – 1 cup 7. Curd (low fat) – 50 g (Suggested: Use homemade curd) 8. Salt 9. Pepper 10. Tomato Ketchup – 1 tsp 11. Lemon juice – 1 lemon You can use finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish it. Just mix all the ingredients and your healthy and high protein sweet potato chaat is ready. Enjoy it.
