Importance of nutrition in Human body • Nutrition is very important to Human body; because it adds the life to every cell and tissue in our body and helps the entire system to function normally. What is Nutrition? • Nutrition is the process of getting or extracting the required amount of nutrients from the foods we eat (healthy food), which is responsible for the growth and health. Is nutrition essential to our body? • In one word we can say nutrition acts like energy charger to our body (from lazy state to active state), our body responds according to the nutrition intake. • Nutrition plays a key role for every organism to keep alive. What is Nutritional food? • Nutritional food means having the required amount of right nutrition in the human diet which is helpful for the proper functioning of human body. Nutritional Deficiency: • Vitamins and minerals are plays an ” importance nutrition in Human body” • Body requires enough amount of nutrition from both such as vitamins and minerals they plays an individual role for development and prevention of diseases. Vitamins and minerals are often considered as a micro nutrient. • • Nutritional deficiency takes place when your body unable to absorb required amount of nutrition. Nutritional deficiency leads to the several health related problems such as digestion, defective or weakens the bone growth and skin. • • As per the age nutrients required are to be chosen, because at a certain ages need some minerals and vitamins. For eg kids need large amount of calcium and vitamins for their growth and elderly people need glucose and many juices to support the body. • In order to be free from the nutritional deficiency you have to take enough amount of nutrition in your diet. Nutritional Deficiency disease symptoms: • Irregular heartbeats. • Weight loss. • Fatigue. • Shortness of breath. • Pale or yellowish skin. • Muscle weakness.
