http://www.sixpackfactory.com : The incline bench press works the upper chest area. The specific muscles that are being targeted are the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor. To perform the Incline dumbbell Bench Press you must set your bench to a 30-45 degree incline. Lie on your back on the bench holding a pair of dumbbells over your chest, with your arms straight up and your hands facing forward. Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells down to finish level with your chest. Contract your chest muscles and press the dumbbells back up to the start position in an arc. Breathe out as you press and breathe in as you return to the start position.
