Shoulders aren’t about how heavy you can go so be sure to pick a weight that is light enough to get about 8-12 clean reps, and heavy enough that it is challenging to finish each set. Every exercise I do about 4-5 sets with 8-12 reps in each set with a challenging weight. Workout as follows: 1. Lateral DB fly’s SS DB forward fly’s 2. Seated DB shoulder press 3. Hammer Strength Machine seated behind the neck press (one of my favorites) 4. EZ bar upright row 5. EZ bar front raises Music: Rob Stone Chill Bill Remix.
