TUTORIAL TUESDAY Every Tuesday, I will aim to release a video demonstrating a particular exercise I like to do as part of my training regime and how I like to perform them 🙂 The first exercise as part of this tutorial series that I show you how to conduct is a single arm tricep cable pushdown. I utilise this exercise at the end of my tricep work out and perform 15-20 repetitions for 5 sets with 45-60 seconds rest in between. I feel the reason I have managed to develop mature muscle bellies at a young age is due to my mind muscle connection. This has improved over the years as a result of implementing very strict form as well as making minor adjustments to the movements to suit my body mechanics. Everyone’s body will have different ranges of movement as well as different planes of movement. It is about finding out what is most comfortable for you through experimentation. My aim is to give you with a better understanding of how to carry out an exercise HOWEVER, although many people say knowledge is power REMEMBER this: It is all very well knowing what to do for optimal performance but it is the EXECUTION of the knowledge you acquire that will make you improve!!! Please message me if there are any specific body parts or exercises you wish for me to address. Please be sure to LIKE, SHARE and SUBSCRIBE 🙂 **************************************** If you have a dream, let no one prevent you from trying to achieve it!
