Day 14 – Wall Sit Challenge I’m looking forward to seeing how you guys go with this. I have given you an example of this challenge in the video but to explain this is a ladder workout. Perform 1 bodyweight squat followed by a 10 second wall sit, then 2 squats and a 20 second hold etc. Keep going until you can’t any longer… it’s harder than it sounds ?. For the next 30 days I am uploading a video everyday to give you all the tools you need to understand how to reach all your health and fitness goals.
