Blood pressure is a lateral pressure exerted by blood on blood vessels.The normal systolic pressure is 120 and diastolic pressure is 80. SP/DP= 120/80 But this value vary on several factors like age,diet etc. If You want to know your blood pressure add 100 to your age this will be your systolic pressure.
