Learn yoga class sequencing using the LADDER flow method. Included are tips for yoga pose transitions and an entire yoga class planning overview. I love empowering new yoga teachers with simple yoga sequencing and class planning methods. You can choose how creative or simple you’d like to make it. Sequencing using a ladder means you choose 4 to 6 poses and build one on top of the other. You keep repeat the sequence adding a pose each time, with a break or re-set flow (i.e. vinyasa) in between. In this example, I am basing my class with these 5 poses: Crescent Lunge, Warrior III, Warrior II, Side Angle, and Bird of Paradise.
